Exchange Policy

Please note: we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Exchanges or store credit are offered only for items damaged or faulty on arrival.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer either:

  • An exchange for the same item (subject to availability), or
  • A store credit valid for 12 months

How to request an exchange

  1. Email hello@luxebagsaustralia.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  2. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and process your exchange or credit once the item is received.

Conditions

  • Items must be unused, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Sale and discounted items are final sale — no exchanges except for verified faults.
  • We do not cover damage caused by wear, misuse, or improper care.
